Paradise Island Resort

Our stay was so perfect! We loved our room and view, the staff are wonderful and we can't wait to come back!! Awesome location and Trams are located only a short walk away.n5 star rating from us ❤ufe0f

After explaining to staff I had made an honest mistake by booking their resort which name is similar to my intended resort. I was told they could not refund me. I was very upset as it’s my sons 6th birthday today and promised we were going to the Paradise resort with the water park. They just flat out refused. Didn’t even offer me to change the dates or have any compassion what so ever. They were just happy to take my money and not help me in any way. I’ve contacted an ombudsman. This is very dis heartening as we have not had a family holiday in 5 years. Now we have lost a large sum of money. I spoke to the other resort and I intended to stay at and she said she would refund if someone made an honest mistake. I know they can refund me but won’t. Absolutely disgusting. I hope people read this and be careful booking a thing because once they have your money they won’t help you!

We had booked a 2 night weekend stay here, upon our check-in, the young receptionist was not very welcoming or friendly, we both thought she could do with some training on customer service. We were surprised that we had 2 separate adjoining rooms instead of 1 apartment with 2 bedrooms in together, but we made do. Also the TV didn't work, my partner had to go down to tell the young man at the reception as there was NO phone in our room to call reception & my partner was told this would be noted, it wasn't attended too while we were there. Also the carpet was stained in some areas & 1 of the bedside lamps didn't work in the main unit bedroom, another fault ..... 1 plus was the ideal location, only a short walk to Cavill Avenue.

I think every party addict on the Gold Coast stayed at his hotel .. massive punch up in the corridors at 3 am. People partying till 4, 5 and 6am. if you actually want to sleep it's not going to happen here. we actually made 2 complaints during the night to front desk.nThis place definitely needs new furniture in the pool area and a good hose down.
