Amazing food. Amazing atmosphere. Such accomodating and friendly staff. Who really go out of their way to make you happy. Shout out the chef Nick and the kitchen staff. And our amazing waitress Brooke and the font of hours team!

HYDE is fabulous! We stayed in Surfers for 1 week and came to this restaurant twice. The food and cocktails were just divine with a gorgeous view of the beach. The place itself is pure elegance. Brooke was our waitress and she was bubbly, chatty and very accommodating. Thank you Brooke for making our experience one to remember. We will be back!

We were delighted to try this amazing restaurant tonight. We were a group of six and were very happy to be welcomed without a reservation. Upon entering, we were instantly amazed by the spectacular design and sophisticated service offered to us. Despite it being a high end presented place (to our delight) it still has the laid back, comfortable feel.nnWe ordered the squid, shawarma and waffle fries for entrees and the steak dish and risotto dish for mains. Everything we tried was better than the next. The flavours infused in the dishes and the herbs and spices really compliment the dishes perfectly.nnIn terms of service, it was definitely excellent. This is the only word I can use for such a high standard for every person who served us. We were constantly tended to and they were quick to respond to our requests.nnWe will most definitely be back.nnThanks to all the lovely staff at Hyde!

Went to the boozy brunch here...and the lady that served us was amazing she had lots of suggestion's and was so helpful and attentive..the food was all delicious and the spritz were even better.. plus that view was amazing.. recommend 100%

Loved the service and the atmosphere.nBooked in advance and secured an ocean view table.nThe food was great!nHighly recommend the crispy pork belly...nThe strip loin was a little tough and had a bit of grisle. But the flavour was really nice.nProbably the only thing I could say was that the food was luke warm when it arrived to the table. But it was a pretty cold evening when we went so we figured that may have been the reason.nWe didn't get any cocktails but we saw a few tables get some and they looked amazing
