Crust Pizza Southport

If I could give a 0 I would.nWe spent $70 here for dinner, just to get a call 15 minutes later after we had already arrived, that they didn’t have the 18 hour slow cooked beef to put on our pizza. We were offered minced beef, chicken or lamb as a replacement which we weren’t happy about. We opted for the minced beef, which is extremely cheap compared to the slow cooked beef. We weren’t offered any sort of discount, and weren’t offered a bonus side. The pizza flavours weren’t that great, and I expected a lot more for the amount of money I paid. The customer service and the quality of food was very disappointing. I will never be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Dominos tastes better and their customer service are outstanding.

Good pizza! But they have ONLY ONE Vegan option. Please put more vegan pizzas on the menu!! ud83dude42

I've been on the Gold Coast for over 2 years and this is the nicest pizza I've eaten. It was awesome, an actual base that wasn't a soggy mess! Proper meat. It was genuinely delicious. Ordered via Uber eats and it was here with in 25 minutes on a Saturday night. Definitely eating from here again.

Tasty pizza, nice mac and cheese, but we ordered for a 6:30 pickup, arrived at 6:20 and it was sitting in a plastic bag on the counter. We only live 3 minutes walk away and still had to microwave the food when we got home.

Update: been going here since I reviewed, got pizza tonight and it wasn't very nice. The pepperoni didn't taste like it normally does (had a weird frozen taste) and the parmesan cheese wasn't the usual yummy shaved parmesan, was some packet grated cheese. Hoping it's a supply issue, was so disappointed first time ever, couldn't finish :( will 5 star if we go back and it's back to the usual yummy pizza!nnDefinitely worth the money. First time here, now a forever customer. My partner and I have tried most pizza places around hope Island, coomera, oxenford, helensvale, pacific pines, arundel and Parkwood- not an exaggeration. Crust Southport is by far the best place we have found in the last 2 years. Very impressed. Thank you for making such great food. Try the caesar and brownies, so good!!
