Domino's Pizza Southport

They made a mistake on the pizza so they remade it and gave me the mistake one for free! Thanks guys. Great service.

We order here on a regular basis and the staff are always friendly and the Pizza is the best out of all the Domino's we have ordered I'm the area by far

A few weeks ago I placed an order online, then 45 minutes later, the tracking stopped for the order saying it had arrived. I called the store, they said they had no record of the order. I told them who the drivers name was according to the website. They called him and discovered the food was back at the shop because he couldn't find the house...... so I guess the just planned to not bring it out? All in all I ended up getting it delivered 1.5hr after I ordered (on a thursday). Even though it was only 3 sides and a drink. The staff were really good on the phone and apologised when they delivered it - but I was really frustrated when the lava cake wasn't there.. which was the whole reason I ordered food. Anyway, won't go back to this store. And didn't want to contact them again about the lava cake since it had already been a stressful process. Better off going elsewhere.

We ordered pizza from Southport Dominos today, and paid for the pizza when we got to the store. The cashier gave us the incorrect change (short changed us). When this was brought to her attention showing her the change we recieved, she wouldn't even check to see if a mistake was made, or even try to correct the situation. It's a shame that this has left a sour taste in our mouth, especially over a simple mistake that could have been easily resolved. It might be wise for the owners to invest in a calculator with the extra money they recieved from me.

Great customer service. Fast paced environment. Great results. Pizzas were hot and carefully cut.
