Hungry Jack's

Fast and efficient HJ. They rarely mess up an order but always present service efficiently. With its location in Surfers it faces strong competition from its neighbours McDonald's but I say it stand up pretty well to them. If you don't want to be in a usually crowdy McDonald's then Hungry Jack's Surfers Paradise is a good option.

The service was ok. The food was ok. The store had a screen missing off the wall for the 2 weeks I visited, and was generally run down and dirty looking. Thanks for the free Birthday Whopper. Use the app for that. Location is very good.

Would give a zero review if i could. The uber eats order was missing 2 entire meals, the manager was so rude and basically refused to accept responsibility. She implied the uber eats driver must have taken it as it was all there when it left. $60 worth of food for the kids and 2 kids had no food. Disgusting customer service and wont be ordering from here again. Fix your management
