Domino's Pizza Surfers Paradise

Placed an order online with an hour notice, and when order was 10 minutes late we called the store to see what the issue might be, because we were aware that there was a blackout and we were working in the area and knew maybe thats why there was a delay. However, staff were rude on the phone explaining there ovens were simply not working. No text or email was sent to inform us that a. the ovens were not working b. that there was a delay. Instead was told we could cancel the order and get money back within 10 days. This was ordered was for when we had a break at work, so now we have no food and no refund and no more time to be able to get an alternative dinner. Further called other stores to place and order and explain the issue to be told the store we ordered from oven was in fact working. Called back and was requiring an explaining for this, were the lady was rude and in turn told us that they wouldn't of been able to deliver anyway due to low staff. Simply no communication was made. Allowed us to place the order, pay and wait over an hour for an order that couldn't of been made. We are very understanding that issues occur but this situation was handled very poorly and we are not happy at all with the efforts made.

Dropped in for another visit this year - still amazing. Great little hole in the wall punching way above its weight - all down to amazing service, great food and friendly comfortable vibe. Love it! Cute small restaurant that's definitely worth a visit. Pizza was fresh and perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious!

The boy at the cashier was having trouble with the computer and he can't get my order.nI waited more than 5minutes and he just got the order from a customer that came after me. Suppose to be a fast service but if you don't have enough staff to fix your problem on a Saturday night you deserve 1 star. I will go to broad each

Worst customer service. Totally understand problems from a black out and how stressful it could be but don’t be rude when customer calls to inquire about the order that was never received. We ordered over an hour in advance for our food and no one informed us that the ovens were not working. Was charged for a meal I was not going to receive and then told it would take upto 10 days for a refund.

We were staying in Surfers paradise only 1.1km away but they would not deliver... tried twice online... then phoned twice... unbelievable
