Pizza Hut Boonooroo Park

I ordered some pizzas for delivery on 19th of march, we waited 2 hours for our pizza not only that but when the delivery driver got here he gave our pizza to two strangers out on the street. We constantly call the shop and no one ever answers the phone, it's almost like they are avoiding my calls and when I call head office I get absolutely no help or any information regardless of the fact that this incident report was made over a week ago. I know this says 1 star but I actually give 0 stars for their absolutely disgusting customer service, I would highly recommend that no one purchase anything from this disgraceful store.

There should be an option for no stars. What a joke of a Pizza Hut. The Pizza Hut execs that sold the franchise to these guys must of been dreaming. I’m surprised they are still trading. I have witnessed 3 customer complaints from when I ordered my pizza about 45 minutes ago. I’m still waiting for my pizza by the way… how long does it take to make a pizza anyway???nStay away from this place, they have no idea…

We ordered the original crust pizza and when we got the pizza, it wasn't cooked in the middle. it was still doughy. We called and complained and took the pizza back. And got a replacement with no apology and the replacement was still doughy, but it was just a little less doughy than before. Dint acknowledge the drive back to them and dint bother complaining again. I just avoid ordering from them anymore.

Absolute disgrace no service at all the staff do not even acknowledge a person. This place is in severe need of retraining in customer service, food hygiene and safety. Very adverage pizza had to send back as order was incorrect. I have visited several times and every time it has been a poor experience.

Have been to this Pizza hut 5 times and all times we have been served by Ash. He has been on all visits an absolute star and credit to the brand with outstanding customer service, the sides and pizzas we've ordered have always been very satisfyingud83dudc4dud83dudc4d.
