Went in to trade tools today on my day off to buy a few new tools. Store was pretty quiet but not once did anyone ask if I needed help. Approached the front desk asked a question and it was pretty clear I needed help. The answer was over the back there. Second time I approached the desk asking about another product and the extent of help was showing me some pricing on a screen. What happened to customer service? Here's the different options here's why one better than the other. I get better help at bunnings and that's saying something. Had $1500 worth of gear to buy today and I'll head elsewhere.
