In reference to your response.......Firstly respect. In my initial dealings I was respectful, yes my comment was disrespectful but that was after fact. As for entitlement and humility; I asked for advice, when it was rejected I accepted that. Asking advice and accepting if the person declines is indeed humility. I accepted you would not give me advice, which is fine and I said okay fine I will figure it out myself, which in the end I did do. Asking for product usage and advice is a common business practice which I have never found anyone to have an issue with. As for the silver spoon hand up stuff you were talking about...I have never had that mentality or been given anything in my life. My parents died before I even reached 1 years of age when our apartment complex was bombed in 1999. I was raised between different relations and despite everything did well in school, everything I have I achieved myself as much as anyone can.nnEver heard the expression 'doesn't hurt to ask..'?... Well, at Gullwings it does! Ask the wrong question, and princess Stefanie will refuse service. The owner here is a real special snowflake. Went in to buy a new light switch. Stefan said they wouldn't have time to do the repair as they are booked for a few weeks. So, I said it was fine and that I would do it myself. I'm a young guy and do not have much experience with cars, so I asked if he could quickly show me which part of the dash I needed to undo in order to replace the part, and whether I could borrow a screwdriver. He declined. Which is fair enough, whatever. So I said okay no worries I'll find out myself. Then he just gets up and flat out refuses to sell the part to me. Complete joke. Don't know whether Stefanie is always like that or if its just that time of the month.

Dropped in my car last week and was consulted through the process. There are a few things to do on my mercedes. The boss was always rethinking how we could do the next project and save me money at the same. When I picked the car up today they had even cleaned the front lights without asking. Excellent customer service and looking forward to the next project to get my car in even better condition from when I brought it. Thanks guys. Matt
