Life save drive through. Very helpful staff. Came to the car to give extra ketchup too. Deserves a 5 star

SLOW SERVICE - BE PREPARED TO WAITnGood position on Bermuda Street, but a little tricky to navigate to as it is a sharp left when you drive in toward the service station.nI have been here a number of times (as hubby prefers HJ), both dining in and through the drive through.nThe food is standard Hungry Jack's food but the service is SLOW!nIt doesn't matter the time of day, there is a long wait.nStaff do their job, but don't go out of their way with a friendly smile - probably because they are under the pump.nThey have gotten my order wrong each time, so I've learnt to check before I leave.

Good food. Great service. They made a mistake with my order while cooking it but they admitted to it and apologized.

Great quick convenient location plenty of parking handy disabled spots and drive through with waiting bays if required, a nice variety of seating and even a meeting room I noticed. Needs a refurb however the facilities and location are plusses

Very pleasant staff food was fine but the new store could of been cleaner lots of dust on sills around booths
