Delicious meals, good variety and always on time with their deliveries. They also went out of their way to deliver on a different day when I was away from the area and unable to accept delivery. Excellent service, I highly recommend them!

I so look forward to my deliveries each week! I’m 3kgs down after 2 weeks and feel satiated, nourished and well fed after each meal. Prepared with fresh ingredients that last, you can feel the love and passion that goes into each delicious meal and don’t get me started on those afternoon treats - the best!!

Delicious and fresh meals that don’t make you feel like you’re on a diet. So much better than the many alternatives that I’ve tried! Very professional service with reliable delivery and the meals are home cooked and stay fresh all week. My favourite is the Veggie Quiche. Already feel healthier !
