ZERO custom service from Total Tools Burleigh Waters QLD storennI placed an online order and selected “Click & Collect”. At the time Burleigh Waters store showed items were “In Stock”. However after 20 days and number of emails and phone calls with different stories, I was told the products will not be available until June.nnI can understand that this could just be a stocktaking mistake; however Burleigh store has not contacted me from day one, not initiated a single email nor phone call to explain the situation.nnVery disappointing experience!
