After numerous attempts to contact you to come and fix our aircon for the SECOND time, my husband has taken it upon himself to go up into the roof to investigate what the problem is due to leaks STILL coming through the ceiling into our bathroom. My husband cannot believe the standard or work you have carried out and is threatening to take photographic evidence to take this matter further. This is your last opportunity to rectify this situation. I trust your insurance (as stated) will pay for any damages to our bathroom/ceiling.
