Waste of Time. Paid deposit in January for new full covers and Bimini. It is now April and job is still not finished. Was initially told job would take 2 to 3 weeks. Have heard every excuse as to why job is delayed. Owner is extremely unresponsive and ignores texts and phone calls. I received an email 2 days ago that owner is closing this business. I have now employed another company to finish the job.

I had the Norweld Aluminium Canopy decked out in marine carpet by JVM Trimming. I had no idea where to go for this type of service. It appears I got very lucky finding this team of professionals. Great price, great value, superior quality and most of all, great service. My wife had a large cushion cover that was not functional and JVM whipped on a new slider in no time while I wait. The material not arriving was an excuse also used on us, along with being presented with a below par job & not providing a refund while expecting full payment.nnWe have a Court Order demanding refund of deposit & costs due to the Judge deeming the work UNFIT FOR PURPOSE, which they have, to date, failed to comply with.nnThey will take your 50% deposit, give you the run around for weeks, fail to respond to your requests, go ahead & build the job without signing off on it & repeatedly state it is a 'flawless' job when you, the client, can clearly see it isn't.nWhen you've had enough of their lip service & excuses (best one was a Versace job they put in front of ours. Funny there are no photos of it on their page? They were so proud to get the job I thought it could be a poster child for them?), they will keep your money & the bodgy job, claiming they have a right to recoup the costs of the materials they wasted. Your rights are irrelevant.nnJVM Trimming is a deregistered ASIC company, yet they illegally continue to trade under this name.nnJVM Trimming charges GST yet is not registered for GST, nor is their purported replacement company JVM Industries, nor is the proprietor. They keep the GST you pay for themselves.nnIf you'd prefer not to be entangled in legal proceedings for nearly 12 months & counting, steer clear of this lying, shonky, conman & his 'business'. JVM team did a great job on my marine covers for my 33ft fourwinns boat....with clears and screens...I also got them to make up a front cover which now cuts down on polishing and keeps the top cusion undercover...nI would highly recommend them for you covers...nThanks again guys Top Job AAA +++
