Very happy with the inspection. Marcel turned up on time and completed the detailed inspection efficiently, and the emailed report was received by lunchtime the following day. The report itself is thorough and contains lots of information as well as practical information that will help us know what issues need attending to at the property. Had these turn up appointed by the buyers during the sale of our house. Wanted to wear grotty work boots around our beautifully presented house on account of 'Health & Safety' and generally had bit of a power trip attitude. 3 stars because once he got over his own importance he was quite helpful and seemed pretty knowledgable.
