A friend and I recently had occasion to use Alex and his service and cannot recommend Northern Frontiers Mediation more highly. From the time I first made contact with the office, Alex could not have been more helpful. Information was provided quickly and when it was necessary to change appointments at short notice, this was also easily sorted and with understanding. Not that I want to have to use this type of service again but if I do need to, I would definitely go back to Alex.
Alex was lovely. As for Melinda. There is no impartiality. She picks a side and the other person becomes the target. She is judgemental and cant tell the truth from lies. She also uses personal opinions and arrogance in her discussions. And has zero empathy for anyones situation. Its justna job to her. Absolute waste of time going to a counsellor and leaving feeling worse than when your walked in. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
We werenot sure what to expect because we had never done marriage counselling before. we ended up going back about 4 times and going through more issues than we expected. melinda can be quite direct, but it did allow us to hold a mirror and keep moving through things. Would highly recommend to others. Alex is really helpful too in organising things.
My experience at Northern Frontiers has turned my life around. I was stressed and unhappy with my situation at work and a friend had recommended Melinda for counselling, both personal and work related. Her patience and insight over a couple of sessions has helped me cope with a difficult time. Thank you to the team . . I am really grateful.
Although I had a very complicated situation, I can not be more thankful to Northern Frontiers. They are very professional, helpful, and very understanding. Benefitted greatly.
