Pizza Hut Cairns

Worst service ever. Never go there again. No idea of how to run a business. The female who served us has no class. A disgrace to the franchise. She said, we could sit and dine but the joint is not at all geared up for the task. We are touring from Melbourne, was there around 4pm Monday 18th Jan. she was rude and impolite. sad to see.

GO TO PLACE! Hands down my go to place for pizza. Love it!

Out of all the budget pizza chains.nnThin and crispy base is somehow the healthier option.

Absolutely horrible pizza.they don't know about sauces bcoz i ordered peri peri sauce but they put vry hot sauce nd i trying to cll 5 times but they don't answering my phone. I will nt recommend to anyone.nIts my worst experience.

Pizza Hut asked for my thoughts on there pizza after spending over $30 on there food on the 19/12/2020,told them how bad it was and that it was tasteless the bbq sauce was bitter the cheesy garlic bread was not up to there usual standard and the potato things that came with it tastes awful and that we threw it in the bin,they came back with an offer of a free cheese pizza but I had to purchase another large pizza to be able to redeem that offer,tried to send a return email stating how pathetic there offer was and it got blocked,won't be going there again with there poor customer relations,absolutely hopeless.nRating of zero.
