I found J & R to be very helpful. They came out immediately and fixed our problem. Great service very friendly

The problem was fixed but the price was extremely expensive. I was charged $628.00 to test the unit and regas it. When I questioned the cost I got a copy of the spreadsheet times. Not really sure why I was charged time and 1/2 labour for out of hours. I did not request anyone to come outside normal working hours.

Mutual review. Didn’t actually follow through with any services that these guys offer. Was chasing some filters for some air conditioners - supplies elsewhere for $33.95 + GST; these guys wanted $99 + GST.

There’s nothing worse than responding to an advert, taking time off work and they don’t show up. I’ve taken my business elsewhere.

Too expensive.n$200 for 1 hour of job. $40 extra charge for 30 sec of quick cleaning.
