If you can even get these guys to turn up in the same month they say they will come, don't expect any customer service. Let alone any actual quality work. Had them come repair the same fault three times before switching to a different contractor who pointed out the incorrect type of wiring had been installed (three times). And don’t expect to get a response from their office, its even more poorly run then their electrical skills. Just nasty people in there. Avoid avoid avoid.
