This electrician approved the property I am currently renting and within the first day of moving in our property experienced 4 Brown outs from 4 different power points, after turning off the entire unit and turning it back on we also experienced the exhaust fan in the bathroom burn out... after the real estate got him back to the property he continued to replace a broken power point and the blown extractor fan and after taking one glance at our power board, without testing it, reported to the real estate our surge protectors caused the brown outs, yet the first brown out we experienced was without any of my surge protectors in place, which eliminates it from being at fault.nThe electrcian also admitted to me in person when questioned about the cause of the brown outs, to not having any idea of what actually caused it, though his report to the real estate was pointed at my equipment.nnThis electrcian made a mistake and refuses to own up to it, and i would recommend to source a electrcian that can admit his faults.
