Went in to seek legal advice on a matter just to see what our options were. Upon our arrival I saw one of the workers was a woman from my past to which I asked if our information could be kept confidential from her. I use to work with this woman and her mother in a previous town too. One of my friends from the old home town who works with this woman’s mother then messaged me one afternoon and somehow knew everything about my legal inquiry. I asked how my friend how she knew this information and she heard it from the shine lawyers team member’s mother who had previously been told by this employee who had gone through all my paperwork and went and gossiped about it. I took it up with the management team who later said there was no breach of confidentiality. If there was no breach how to people who are close with this employee know about our information then? It was a shame to have an experience like this as some of the advice we were given was very good until this woman decided to get happy going though our files.nWe will be taking this over shine lawyers heads now and we have evidence to support our matter

Disappointed , they seem to pretty much lie about what they can do but when you go there , it is like , we don't do that sorry.

From the first call inquiring about their services, Shine Bundaberg were concerned, helpful and expressed empathy about my situation. The staff was always available for questions or to explain the way forward at each step of the process. Recovering from of a serious traffic accident is difficult enough, to then have to deal with the legal side of it makes recovery harder. Shine Bundaberg handled everything in professional but personal manor that made me feel at ease, letting me focus on healing.
