Katherine School of the Air

Definitely worth a visit! We were very lucky to be the only visitors this morning at 9am so the tour was done exclusively for us. The history and current service of Katherine School of the Air were explained and we were shown around the different rooms, the post office, library and outside areas. Every question was answered by the kind teachers. Very much interesting, especially for foreign visitors from countries were the homeschooling concept is not possible.

The VIP Tour at 11am Monday to Friday costs $20 per person and will give you a wonderful insight into the operation of KSA. The tour goes behind the scenes and you get to sit in the studio while the lessons are being conducted. Also included is a full tour of the facility. And at the start there is an informative video to watch. Well worth every penny.
