I had an absolutely terrible experience with AMH lawyers.nnWe commissioned the firm after receiving a quote - and in the first instance everything felt although it was going to plan.nnIt went down hill very quickly!nnI am going to break the items down into a few key areas:n1. Communication - The worst company I have ever dealt with! In times when we seriously needed communication - after all that is what you pay the firm for right? Even after we were told settlement had been booked and we had 14 days - we were notified at the 11 day mark! We had a bank guarantee that needed to be cancelled as a final step and they could not communicate this quickly enough with the sellers solicitor (3 weeks mind you), therefore we were hit with another fee! They barely answer the phone! The list goes on!nn2. Incompetence - I am not a lawyer and understand some items are difficult, however one day before settlement we were rushing to get forms completed! forms that I had to prompt them to organize for us! They did not complete a body corporate submission, which meant I missed the first AGM.nn3. Resolve - I gave AMH every opportunity to correct there mistakes and they would not assist. In fact I am still waiting on response to as to why I have not yet received an invoice or bank guarantee loss of money! I emailed over two weeks ago mind you.nnI am completely happy to give any and all communication between myself and this firm. And I would never recommend them to anyone.nnI will be placing more negative reviews on every platform as I cannot let this happen to anyone else!
