I could write a whole novel here, after all, we have been through so much for so long, I consider them family. The system is slow, the system is not always fair, the system is an uphill battle for a male and a male is always guilty till he proves his innocence. Matthew and his crew have taught me to fight the important things and not waste energy and costs on the little things. Matthew and his people always kept a cool, clear thinking, rational head. I would have not been able to do it without him/them. In the end I won (if there is a winner in these circumstances). It was an experience, I could have done without, but thanks to Matthew and his merry men/woman it made it much easier. Thank you and (in the nicest possible way) I hope to never have to use you again, however if I must, I will.

I was not happy with the service I received or the costs charged. I wish I had never walked in the door.nnIn response to your response. I tried to discuss this with you. On four occasions I rang your office and requested to speak to you. You did not return my call once and still have not to this day. All I wanted was to discuss my legal matter with you. You sent me an email with some useless advice instead. I did not pay because you did not deliver the requested service. Your dispute resolution resolution consisted of threatening and intimidating behavior.
