Finders Keepers Gifts

I have ordered from this place online a few times and never had an issue. However I am quite disappointed with my experience this time around. I ordered from the website last week and have paid extra for express postage because I needed the gift before this weekend. Over a week later and my order has still not been dispatched. I have been contacted by the store and they have told me this is because their head of shipping is sick, I replied to their email straight away 2 days ago asking if there is anything they can do to speed up my order, maybe a courier as the delay is on their end, and I have not heard anything back. What is the point paying for express postage when they cant even get the product out the door...

Some lovely creatives just underwhelmed by being in the Oktoberfest marquee (doesn’t compare to the Royal Exibition in Melb - must have been cheap!) and disappointed by the lack of QLD stalls (not including food of course!) considering it was in Brisbane. Some lovely creations just not what you’d expect.
