Pizza Hut Woolloongabba

It’s been a hour and 30 minute wait and still no pizza, tracker says it hasn’t even left the store yet. We called and there was terrible customer service saying pretty much only that the pizza was about to be delivered and will be there shortly, this was around 25 minutes ago and we live less than 10 away. This is even after the ‘expected wait’ of 1 hour. Lady didn’t offer any compensation and only seemed to say sorry once and didn’t seem apologetic at all.

Our pizza’s were spot-on. Just as I remember as a kid going to my local Pizza Hut. Although only a few minutes late, that is understandable given the Saturday night traffic. I will definitely order from Pizza Hut again.

First of all I would recommend this store to anyone that loves there pizzas hot and tasty. No doubt is the best pizza store all around the area! Last night I went to the Woolloongabba Pizza hut and had one the greatest pizza's of my life! The staff are super nice and despite my constant irritation they didn't mind what so ever. If you are ever craving for pizza this is the place to go!

The pizza is good, can't complain there. The customer service is awful. There was on person taking the orders, making the pizza and taking the orders from Uber Eats, Deliveroo, etc. she was so unprofessional. We wanted to eat in, there was no fan and she REFUSED to turn the Air-conditioning on, she said it was to save money. I asked if we could take 2 chairs outside and eat there, as tables were setup, she JUST REFUSED, horrible manners and terrible staff.
