Look elsewhere, don't use m/s wright.nOnly interested in how much she can get off you.nMy experience was terrible, the original quote was increased threefold.nHer mannerism and rudeness on the phone was inexcusable!

As if a death in your family isn't bad enough.But throw in a terrible solicitor that drags on an estate settlement forever and it can become very stressful.nThe fees went up on numerous occasions and the only one to secure money was this company.nAbsolute disgrace.nNever ever use this company.

Unfortunately I don't have very good things to share about this place. Ms W handled my niece's custody matter and the fees turned out to be greater than ever indicated in the client agreement. She was charged for absolutely everything even when the case was not progressing.

You know your client-lawyer relationship is bad when you need to contact the QLD Law Society about their behaviour (incompetent paralegals, office support staff typing documents billed as paralegals). Family Law is for most people a very stressful and emotional time and this experience further complicated it. Part of the blame should probably fall on me- I disliked Diane's personality and hated the dour office decor, but as I was so desperate to put my personal issues behind me I ignored the alarm bells going off.

In utter disbelief that this is an operational law firm. Definitely recommend to go elsewhere.
