I have found their staff to be rude and insulting and frequently ignore their own bylaws and enter property with out giving notice or asking permission.

I have complained to this Strata Company several times they don't seem to care very much about the Security of the Complex I stay at the last complaint ended with the Strata Manager Hanging up on me.

Clare and the WA Strata team offer Strata management services that are second to None. They are always professional and their service and advice is invaluable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Strata manager.
