A bit run down, but still clean. Could do with an update. Pillows are very thin.

Good for weekend getaway close to the pub but don't be late back no swipe to get in got push button and wait for someone to let you in very stupid when you are freezing cold

Well located, great staff and absolutely spotless room/bathroom. Worth your while staying here if visiting Bunbury ... close to main road and pleasant walks along the foreshore and beach. Parking can be a little restricted so ask about the undercover facilitie.

Parking was a little bit hard to find at night so it would be good to get info upon booking, but the staff where helpful. Note when checking in they will charge a $10 fee which apparently is returned once you leave. The place looks modern and unique. There are two elevators to take you to your floor, but be careful as you will be charged a $700 fee if the lift breaks while using it (seems a bit unfair...). There was a mini bar in our room which is nice but pricy so I'd suggest you take your own stuff, even bottled water is $3. With the air conditioning left on high cool all day the room was still quite warm, it was cooler to leave the balcony door open which eventually we did. It's in a great central location and within walking distance to everything you need including the beach, cafes, and a shopping centre. There is quite a bit of sound that drifts up from the ground floor entertaining and relaxing area, however this didn't really bother me too much. Though when it is busier I can see this becoming frustrating especially with the pool and resurant open. The private balcony on each room is nice with a good view. We could even see the ocean from the third floor (there is 5). Overal it's worth the price, comfortable, and in a great location.

Stayed one night and was glad to check out to be honest. We weren't advised three quarters of the hotel amenities and services would be closed due to Covid restrictions. Booked a king bed room wich was clean and tidy but not what I would consider a 4 star hotel room. Ended up ordering Domino's pizza because room service was not available for a quiet night in only to find that only free-to-air tv programs available. Very disappointing as the hotel is famous for its dining and bar atmosphere which is why I chose it.
