Excellent service from a great team - I just bought my 2nd pre-owned Toyota from them and couldn’t be happier 👍

I have mixed feelings about this place. The service, parts and used car sales team are lovely, they try to look after their customers. Even if they're constrained by prehistoric systems and policies. The problem seems to come from the new car sales team. Very arrogant, judgemental and assumptive. The process of buying a new car was horrible with problems with every step of the process. People not getting back to you when they're supposed to, conflicting stories every week and blatent lies. I had a good experience with 1 of the sales people. But unfortunately I can't remember his name. They guy we bought the car off was horrible.

Excellent customer service in replacing under warranty my LC 2OO GXL. Even though the vehicle was out of warranty.
