Every time I visit Sydney Tools - even if its just to have a look at what is on offer - I am treated with respect and welcomed . The guys there are polite and genuinely seek to offer assistance even when they are busy. I have had dealings with James C who has always been polite and eager to help with my questions regarding stock or products that they don't even carry - but can get in. 10/10 guys keep up the great customer service!

Went to purchase a drill set and after scouring the net for the best prices I found Sydney Tools. I went in store and was met with a huge range, decent prices and friendly knowledgeable staff. After the first interaction I would highly recommend them.nHowever James and the team went above and beyond to rectify an issue I incurred. 7/5, can't recommend enough!

Huge selection of great quality tools at sensible prices. Very helpful and friendly staff but there never seems to be enough people serving. Hard to locate what you want because there is so much stock. Guides at the end of aisles would be a great help.

Went to buy a first makita set and seen huge selection of great quality tools at sensible prices. Talk about getting the run around. I dropped my electric concrete saw off on April 12th that was still under warranty and have just been told my parts are still 6 weeks away.nI have been given every excuse under the sun as to why my clam was overlooked.nI was under the impression you shop at Sydney tools as a trades person so you get good service. Not the case at all.nIf I could give 0 stars I would.nNot happy at all.
