They used to be great. Now they're not so great. Mind you there is a lot more competition. Took a Milwaukee tool in that was under warranty, said they'd fix it......3 weeks later still waiting

Extremely rude customer service. One of the counter boy named josh give me a hard stare and extremely rude reply when I asked him something. It seems like this type of service is common in this ghost shed. They always had more employee than customers and bad customer service. The trade tool in springfield has a much better attitude.

NO ASSEMBLY OR MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONSnnFirstly the good: Easy purchasing online with great website experience. Delivered renegade compressor as paid for the next day. Ordered 10pm the night before.nnSecondly The Bad: delivery cost is huge compared with other couriers. $143 and the driver wouldn’t help one iota to put it inside shed.nWorst part was that there are NO ASSEMBLY OR MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS inside the box. What sort of manufacture doesn’t supply instructions? For a company building compressors for so many years why is it that they don’t? Pathetic!

Our company dropped a tool down for repair. repair bill was more expensive than a new machine but its a easy fix for us with a repair kit. We told them not to worry we will do it and asked for the machine back. It has been over 6 months and multiple calls even speaking with the company director (David) and have him on phone recorded saying he has the machine in the workshop and will return it ASAP. called yet again this morning to be told it has been thrown out!!!! $1500 machine used 3 times thrown out against our instructions! Be extremely wary of these crooks! want your negative review taken down, we want our saw returned!!

terrible customer service, and dont bother complaining the director of the company will basically call you a lier and support his rude staff. Sydney tools are just around the corner and they have a bigger range and friendly staff. 5 years of trading history means nothing to these guys.nn* Still waiting for my concrete saw to be returned as promised by company director David. Company director is about as usefull as the rude UN competent staff he hires. looks like I'll have to take legal action, but I WILL BE GETTING MY SAW BACK!!!!
