Family Legal were a great help in my recent family law matter. Efficient, courteous and understanding, and I was very happy with the outcome they achieved for us.
Probably the most arrogant, unprofessional and disrespectful crowd I’ve ever dealt with. On the day of the mediation, they never sat down and discussed any the procedures or details of what was ahead. Then around mid-afternoon, the lawyer said he had to go early and would let his assistant take over. She said she didn’t know about this change in plans and was completely surprised adding she didn't haven't clue what she was to do. Also on the day, they kept me in a separate room isolated from the procedures while the other party sat with their lawyers and my lawyers discussing matters without my presence for the entire meeting. What a circus. Naturally, they always wanted payment up front.
