Hungry Jack's Burgers Mt Ommaney

Safe to say this is the strangest review I have ever had to leave but it is necessary. From the moment I opened the doors and entered into this facility the staff were like walking ghosts. It was as if all life and happiness had been completely drained from them. There was not a smile in sight and they spoke as if someone had prerecorded them and then replayed it in slow motion. Bizarre doesn’t even begin to describe the disturbance that was felt by both myself and my comrades.nnStepping into this Hungry Jacks feels as though you are propelled into an alternate reality where the people aren't real because they lack any shred of human emotion. Like robots placed by the government to perturb its customers so much so that the rate of obesity in Australia declines.nnImagine the fast food restaurants from Grand Theft Auto where the non playable characters are programmed to only say certain things based on your output. This fast food restaurant was exactly like this, down to the somehow discomforting elevator music. It’s safe to say that when we stepped back outside it was like taking a breath of air after almost drowning and suffocating to death. If any of you are interested in exploring a somewhat Purgatory like land, this Hungry Jacks is for you.nnPersonally, I think my comrades and I will be steering clear as we can’t handle feeling like we are in a government run simulation. Perhaps it could be a good idea for the employees to have smiles and emotions programmed into their job role.

Hungry Jacks isn't my favourite take away place because it always seems to let me down in one way or another. I feel like it just needs to be a bit more fresh and the whole place needs to be a bit cleaner. Service is good though.

Good Service, Clean store however food isn't always hot.

Expectation as usual for hungry jacks restaurant. They remembered our sweet and sour sauce which is actually a bonus! Consistent drive thru, didn’t have to wait long despite busy car lineup. Great location next door to Mt Ommaney shopping centre. Reasonable sized car park.

Had Menulog delivery. I was missing my chips. Options were come down and pick it up that defeats the purpose of having it delivered OR pay a second delivery fee and have it delivered. My whole $30+ order should have been refunded. Might be more careful when packing orders.
