We have had Down to Earth out twice now to do installations and repairs. The team were on time, explained the issues and were very thorough. I wouldn't hesitate to get them back at any time.

I am really happy with the quality of their work they have done for me. Their customers service are great, they couldn't make the day promised as one of their tech got injured on the previous job, however the offered me a very good discount and they came and did the job.

If i could give 0 i would. Unresponsive and unifinished job after weeks.
