This firm is an eye-opener - one of the worst quality and services I have ever experienced during my 16 years of career. I have filed a complaint to ISC. Please read my story before making decisions- if I have read the story below from other clients, I would have avoided this terrible experience happening.Lorraine李晓雨是我16年职业生涯以来遇到的最差劲的职业人士之一。已找法律监管机构投诉备案。 I prepaid the money before termination of contract, and they can’t show decent work done for meuff0c so they sent me a bill charging for social media messages sent on WeChat for $ 35/message, total $ 1270.5! I have experienced their services from front-line solicitors to senior management, none has showed professionalism or basic respect & services for me or for their own brand.nnTo summarize, I signed contract with Lorraine Li 李晓雨and was required to pre-pay $3000 for my family law matters. After two months, they haven’t done any of the items listed in the contract. Nor achieved any key steps. The only written work they have done and can show is an asset form, which totally copied from the original form I filed. Moreover, a huge error was made in their form which largely reduced my liabilities. And even this took them 1 month. I sent on 28, May, 2020 and Lorraine replied on 26, June, 2020. (She insisted it’s less than 1 month as she can only start doing any type of work from the day I paid, which was 8, June.)nnHowever, this is not the main reason why I decided to terminate the contract and file a complaint. During the two months, it is common practice for Lorraine to not replying emails, not answering phone calls, nor update any progress, nor take the initiative to follow up on my matter. I have been chasing her multiple times for an update, but usually after one or two weeks she will reply you. It took me two months to find out that she hasn’t done any quality work for me, nor provided any professional or specific suggestions. What is more surprising is that she didn’t like replying you in formal ways, i.e., though emails. Instead, she preferred sending messages through WeChat- a social media app. I had to turn to WeChat to find her for multiple times after she was not replying my emails.nnWhat is really unbelievable is that after I terminated the contract, she sent me a bill charging me for the form she copied and copied with a huge error, and for WeChat messages she sent me on this social media. $35 per message, total $ 1270.5! Lorraine, senior management Rodney Sahay, and Stephens Tozer, next time do better- don’t forget to put “ $35 per social media message sent on social media channels” as a charged item in the client contract before you sent out the bill.nnAnother thing I can’t help mentioning is that I made an appointment with Rodney Sahay for a visit on 9:30 am this Monday, trying to discuss the complaint I sent on 29th July regarding the poor service and work quality delivered by Lorraine. When I arrived their office on time, neither Rodney or Lorraine was there. I was told by reception that they have changed the time to 10:30 am and said they had told me. In fact, I have never being told by anyone of them. So I checked my mobile- no missed call at all. Finally I found that they sent me an email on 8:40 am notifying me the postpone of the meeting. You are changing the time in such a short notice- less than one hour and can’t give me a call? Seriously? When they finally arrived, no one showed any sincere apology.nnRodney: “ I have told Lorraine to contact you. Not my fault.”nLorraine: “ I don’t have time to call you- I have been calling my client the entire morning. Do you want me to show you my phone record? But I emailed you!” Lorraine李晓雨的服务非常差劲。由于2个月来未完成合同上订立的任何内容uff0c且服务奇差uff0c在我通知终止合约后扣了我的预付款, 单方面按发一个微信消息35澳元uff0c给我出具了一张高达$1270.5的账单uff01在我书面投诉无果uff0c提出约见公司讲道理时uff0c她竟威胁要报警。我已找法律监管机构投诉。

Would not recommend this firm. They did not put in my husband's full name when he purchased a property a few years ago. We had difficulties in transferring the property as his full name wasn't recorded, when we asked them to sign off on a transfer to amend the mistake they clearly made they charged us $300 to sign on it. Rip offs.
