Good food, I will admit that. I choose to eat out at this place because the food preparation is really good, BUT the staff is not well trained when it comes to Customer service or are very inconsiderate of the people when they come in to order.nnThe app needs some serious recognition by the staff as the meal preparation predicted time is never true and the wait time will be more than 10 minutes.nnOverall :-nPros- Good Food, Good Music.nCons- Bad Staff.

GyG Buranda is the worst GyG. I am consistently disappointed by how long deliveries take despite being less than 2 km away. When you call to provide feedback, the answering machine is full - I can only assume it's unhappy customers calling to tell them how useless they are. I get better service from the GyG in Southbank, it delivers much quicker. Don't waste your money on Buranda. 2/10.

We tried food from here twice and both the times we were disappointed. Food was very cold and no tastes, though we asked for spicy. Place is always overcrowded and service is not good. Otherwise, GYG has been always our favourite place for take outs.

Ordered nachos and took off the sauces/toppings because im allergic and then they gave me just fries with meat and another sauce I was allergic too ontop of it so it was inedible.... what a waste of money
