Do not open your business here. Very sketchy place and even bank branches struggle to keep up with this place.

The body corporate operates an extremely dubious predatory towing operation with spotters who will come out of the shadows to help the tow driver hook up faster. Just need to check the reviews to see even people trying to do business in the centre being stung. Should be illegal and is a burden on the entire precincts reputation. Doesn't matter if it's the middle of the night and all the shops in the centre are closed. Beware.

The most dangerous place to go. It’s a trap. If you think after doing business with them and you can take a walk. Think twice! According to the towing company, if you finish you meal and walk to the next street, you car will be towed and it’s $450 to $1000 fine to get your car back. Big warning for everyone to go there!

Great time

No star review, shops empty, parked in carpark to check out massage shop walked around the corner came back and my vehicle had been towed, $450. On pick up, was told that the landlord had glass broken and vehicles there for too long had to be towed. Whilst I get that the towing company is doing what they are told, I would question the legal legitimacy of their contract. As a retail property manager their are procedures for removing vehicles from private property. Will certainly be checking this out. No chance of me going back to Ascot.
