Domino's Pizza Virginia

Placed order, staff asked for name and was told '20 minutes, wait outside'. Went outside, after 25 minutes asked for update. Was told they'll let me know when it's ready. At 35 minutes checked in again and was told it had been ready for for 15 minutes and I should have checked sooner. Not sure why they bothered taking my name when they don't make any effort to call it and let you know your food is ready.nnPizza was already claggy after sitting in warming box for at least 10 minutes, was also poor quality with dismal amount of toppings compared to any other store. Staff were rude, shop wasn't overly clean or well presented. Wouldn't return.

Franchise owner clearly doesn't want to pay staff on public holidays. Under staffed and had orders cancelled 2 nights in a row. Pretty terrible effort as this isn't the staffs fault, but the business owners. Good luck guys feel sorry for you.

Worst experience ever. No cheese on cheesy garlic bread….went back and showed them…generous enough they made me new again with no cheese!

So I just received nachos that had burnt beef, burnt corn chips, no cheese (on nachos!) with no other toppings besides dried up tomatos (no jalapeños, sauce or onion etc) and the serving size was tiny. Only reason I didn't take it back is cause im too hungover. Poor customer service on the phone. I understand your busy, but its no excuse to rip people off. If you can't handle it busy times, do something about it

I rang to order my pizza's. I was put on hold. On hold after 14 mins Asked my house mate to call to see if he could get through. He got through straight away and proceeded to order. DISGUSTING service. FUNNILY enough my pizza was then ready in 10 mins less time than i was on hold for. PIZZA HUT IN FUTURE and i live literally over the road from Dominoes Virginia. Never again
