Arlington Oriental Restaurant

Tonight we ordered Pack B which includes 3 Prawn cutlets, 3 Spring rolls, 1 Large Fried rice and 3 Meals.nnAs we were ordering enough food for our household, I expected the serving sizes to be as advertised.nnBoth the Fried rice and Szechuan Chicken meal, came in SMALL containers. Yet, these were the two most important dishes of our order!nnNOT HAPPY!

The food is always fresh and delicious. It is a family favourite. However add another 30mins onto wait time

First time I have ordered and the food was fantastic. It was fresh, tasty and delicious! It is now my regular ‘go to’ place for oriental food. Absolutely delicious!

My partner ordered through Menulog for Mother’s Day dinner at 4.30pm, without warning because according to “Jack” they were busy they cancelled the order without warning or consultation after taking our money and order, so they advertise on menulog, take your order then just cancel it if they have to many orders at one time apparently, I asked to speak with the manager but she “Rebecca” was out doing deliveries apparently but Jack said she could call me at 9pm when they close, my partner had tried to order again but the food wouldn’t arrive until after 7.30pm, I told Jack to cancel the order as this is well past our young children’s bedtime and unrealistic considering the circumstances, it gets better, he then said he would have to check with menulog if we can actually do that and he might have them call me, so we were charged twice as well ud83dude02.nAfter a few years of ordering pretty good food I think this business may need to look at its communication or staff training issues, this was the Mother’s Day dinner my partner was waiting all day and our four young children were excited for.nVery disappointed to say the least.

The food is always fresh, hot and so tasty with excellent value for your money! The delivery staff are always so friendly and really quick in delivering locally!nIt was amazing when Andrew one of the delivery drivers remembered my fur babies name and said “hello Milo...!” and I hadn’t ordered for a few months! He’s so friendly and worth his weight in gold!nWould definitely take a group there for a sit in meal!nThank you Arlington Chinese Cuisine and a special thank you to Andrew, both Milo and I will miss you very very much when we return to live in Melbourne.nud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
