I had a problem almost a year ago when a car ran a red light and it was me & my bike or the car T boning me, which led me to get out of the cars strike zone. Unfortunately there was a speed and red light camera at that intersection so it came down to me losing my licence (I did save my life & lost 9 months of sleepover it) or fighting this in court. I used another lawyer, but wasn't sure about him so I fought this in court. I Gathered a heap of intelligence about what happened but a Police prosecutor still saw me saving my life as wrong? Thanks Troy Newman you really caused a small matter into a long and costly matter (I hope your judgement will be better when you see the grey between the black & white). This dragged on with myself spending time & money as well as us taxpayers dollars. In the end I happened to run into a Solicitor called Rhys Foster from KLM. This was close to 9 months of depression for me as well as turning up to court to be dealt another day once a month. Rhys saw my evidence & was sure it would be good. On the morning of Case I got a new great Prosecuter who could see the issue/position I'd been put in, (Thankyou Sergeant Michael) as well as a fair & understanding female judge who threw my case away a free poorer man. You both are legends & I owe it to be a good citizen like I have been all my life. If it wasn't for Sergeant Michael as prosecutor, & lady judge i will not say your name, KLM Solicitors & Rhys Foster I would still be totally mentally drained from this Troy Newman & fighting until he lost. Morals take over money Troy. Try that or get out and become someone who's opinion is not wanted when it concerns someones ethics of them being a good person for 50yrs. KLM are great, fast and price was very good. Thankyou very much to all who could see and helped get me out of this situation I would do again to save my life.
