Active8 have always been amazing. I’ve worked with their company on jobs for a couple years, and their boys on the tools are great to work with. Can’t give them a 5 star any more due to the appalling customer service we now receive from Maddi in their office. Some people are not made for customer service, and hanging up on people and being generally rude on the phone is very unprofessional and does not reflect well on a business that you have worked so hard to build. It does not make us want to continue working with your company if that is the treatment of customers that you think is acceptable.

Its Friday, everyone is trying to get home. Speeding and zigzagging through traffic on the motorway in a huge arrrrse van with your brand on it, isn't going to help anyone idiiiiot
