Secure parking and very friendly and helpful staff on gate.

$97 for casual parking! Thought i had Early Bird ($35). Arrived at 8:30am, left at 4pm.nAttendant over the intercom said I had to validate upon arrival. But NO CLEAR signage. Went and searched and saw one A4 sized sign by the lift...that was it. Unless you are specifically looking for it, you will not notice it because there are at least 3 other signs not related to 'Early Bird'.nNo sandwich board, no sign on entrance, no sign at lobby exit, no text on ticket....very very poor signage. I asked the attendant if she can help me....she said had to call the Main office number.nTried to call the help number on ticket (many many many times)....no answer. Left voicemail....no call back. Sent email.....no response.nVery disappointed...I would give zero stars, but one star is minimum!

I had used this park hundreds of times casually over the years with no problem. Consistent issues with their pay stations since change of management. Remote staff respond quickly enough via the speaker but their advice is usually ‘try again’ and it works magically. Since new management I have not once been able to just pay and go.nnOne thing that isn’t the car park managers fault, but a potential issue for first timers is the elevators for the building. When you want to go to the car park level from the lobby, there is a good chance that the upper floor express elevator will open - just get in and press an unlocked floor button and send it on a goose chase otherwise the elevator controller won’t send a car park elevator to the lobby.

Hi , just needed to make comment regarding the 40 Tank street parking.nI phoned the suggested number to enquire about the availability of disability parking areas, and was advised that [a] there were ample disability parking spaces [b] no need to book a spot. Went on line and prepaid for the next day. After arrival and after driving to the top floor, found there were no disability parking spots and no other park spots available as well. Phoned the company again only to be advised to leave the parking complex and park on the street. Eventually I parked within the complex but in a very difficult area at one of the ends of a parking level, which made it very difficult for other vehicles to negotiate around my vehicle, and to safely operate a wheelchair and complete a transfer from car to wheelchair. I was not happy Jan. Very dissatisfied with the useless and misleading advice given earlier and very upset with there actually being no disability parks anywhere within the complex. Other vehicles were allowed to enter the already full car park. Not happy.

I got caught in the protests last Thursday and elected to use this car park because I was worried I could not use my usual spot for parking. I entered at 7.00am and spoke to the attendant as I tapped on entry and was unfamiliar with this car park. He told me that was all I had to do to receive Early Bird. I checked again with the attendant when I arrived back at 4.15pm and he said to just tap on the way out. The receipt issued was for $81.95 showing the entry and exit times as being well within early bird parameters. I parked and returned to the attendant to be told that the organisation was very reasonable and would give me a refund. I have requested a refund and even visited the offices of this organisation. Can someone from senior management please contact me to discuss. I would avoid this car park because to date they have shown no regard for my situation.
