Convenient place to park. Close to botanical garden and only 5 minutes walk to Queen street

Pros: convenient place to park for the southern end of the CBD, if you sign up to their membership you get 20% off parkingnnCons: flat rate randomly changed mid-week from $18 to $22, then from $22 to $24 the following week, and now it's $25, no prebooking available, no parks available until 6th floor due to car rental company and reserved spaces (so takes quite a while to park and to exit)
