If I could leave 0/5 stars, I would!nnMy husband and I went into the Wilson AM60 car park today at 14:05 and left at 15:26. We were charged $51 for less than 1.5 hours of parking. We have used this location on Saturday 20 March when we stayed at the Capri by Fraser Hotel. At that time, we saw no indication of the parking fee at all (not that we had to pay the crazy amount on Saturday 20 March because it was using the Capri rate). Today (Wednesday 24 March), we also could not find any indication of parking fee at all. The only parking gadget available was at the exit, and there was no rates there either.nnSuppose there was a rate, it should also have been displayed BEFORE any car enters the car park. Or, it should be displayed VERY VISIBLY at many corners of the car parking garage. But there was no such signage. To me, it’s cheating the customers and it’s definitely not a good business parking.nnWhen I called Wilson, their “Customer Care Service” just so readily stated that the fee for 1.5 hours is $51. These guys don’t care. They are an unethical company, and I sincerely hope that no one will ever do business with them anymore. They don’t deserve to get even a cent of the hard working money that the people living in this country has strived to earn for a living.nnIf I could give 0/5 star, I would. I have also reported this incident to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. This is robbery and it should stop right now!nnEDIT 8 May 2021:nnA Wilson staff finally sent a communicative email, explaining that they have always put the sign on, right at the boom gate. I said that we never saw those signs the few times we were there between 20-24 March. They sent us two recent photos of the parking fee sign next to the boom gate, I am very certain it was not there (it's a big sign, very hard to miss). I didn't take a photo of the boom gate between 20-24 March, but they also didn't have any photo of those dates (though a CCTV camera would be able to prove it I think). As a good will from them, they refunded our $51. Hence, in return, I increase the star from 1 to 3. It's still a hassle, hence 3/5 is the most I can give them. However, I am still thankful for their attempt of communication.

Terrible car park. Prepaid, no parking available, mostly reserved parking. People arriving to find they were in the same situation. No where to turn round without doing a 5 to 7 point turn. Seriously should be a general car park.
