Great pre-booked parking rates available in the app. Short walk from Queen St Mall and I always get a park right at the entrance. No driving around looking for empty spots.

Confusing name considering there's also a Wilson parking directly across the street. We booked ahead with a credit card then had a lot of trouble actually entering the car park. The machine took a long time to recognise our card and gave little indication we were doing the right thing. Meanwhile there are cars starting to queue up behind us also trying to get in. Found a park easily enough but the signage for how to get out on foot wasn't too clear. We followed the exit signs and they took us to the fire stairs, where the doors locked behind us and we had no choice but to exit through the door saying 'do not exit - alarm will be triggered'. This warning would be better placed on the doors to the stairwell while you still have a choice of which door to open! Same struggles with the machine when we left in the car. Evening parking was very cheap, which was the one redeeming feature. Recommend only using if you're not in a hurry, not at a busy time, or possibly if you have NOT booked ahead - may have been easier for us if he hadn't.

Woman at the helpline today at 10:25 was an absolute gem and was so helpful, going to park with Wilson parking always now
