Hired Royce for my niece 18th birthday and omg he was amazing.. real entertaining. And a shout out to Shani who took all the time to make sure we had our booking done and very well communicated. I would highly recommend them. Thank you so much
Booking with Magic Men went smoothly, the admin staff were informative and helpful. Until I called to ask about obtaining a refund for one of our party-goers who had fallen ill; it was a day after the cut off date and I was fully prepared to be denied. I spoke with Jason and to his credit, he agreed to the refund, however spoke to me in such a rude manner, I was left stunned. He said 'it goes without saying, don't call again, because you know what the answer will be'. He was quite unprofessional and rude to me over the phone. On the bright side, the night was fantastic and all of the waiters, dancers and bar staff were lovely, professional and lots of fun. My only criticisms are that the food was terrible and the chairs were very uncomfortable, along with the usual suspects - long lines at the toilets & bar. All things considered, I would still highly recommend Magic Men for a great night out!
