The barramundi burrito is very good. But I received a warm corona. I asked staff. Staff said they had no cold beer. Didn’t offer any solution. It was a Saturday lunch and it wasn’t too busy. Took the joy out of my dining experience.

Wasted 25minutes waiting for scrambled eggs. This was ordered over the app and what was given a 5minute wait time took an extra 20 minutes. The food ended up coming out only barely warm and the amount of guacamole given was a tiny teaspoon's worth.

I frequent the Wintergarden GYG, so I know that it gets busy at certain times during the weekday. However, lately I've been wasting 10-15minutes waiting to pick up an order that I've placed using the app hours ago even though the food is ready and sitting on the bench because none of the staff bother to look at you, let alone be around to assist you. This has happened multiple times.

Extremely disappointed . Was old and cold snd I ordered at 2 which was way after the lunch rush. . Was really looking forward to it as I had at Chermside last week and was so much better and more fresh. This was like slop I’m sorry to say

Very bad service , waited so longggg for a small chips there was also least 7 other people waiting for food as well as me, it was not even lunchtime and they were so so slow never appologised
