Spring Hill Florist was so helpful and delivered an absolutely beautiful arrangement that was perfect for the occasion! Lovely service and very friendly staff!

Not happy at all with this company. I chose a floral arrangement on this companies webpage and what was sent was nothing like the advertised picture at all. I was told they didn’t have a particular flower and it would be replaced with something else which I was fine with until my father in law sent us a photo of the flowers. When I rang up and questioned it they said they could go back and change it and I was offered a chocolate bar as compensation. I said no you can’t change it once they’ve been delivered to the patient and that the chocolate was not a compensation. I live in Newcastle New South Wales and these were for my mother in law who was in hospital in Brisbane. I messaged this company privately on their Facebook messenger, they have read my message and not responded. Wish I could add the photos of what I order and then the one which was delivered.

I placed an order for my fiancee while she was in Brisbane for business. Spring Hill contacted me days later to tell me that the item I'd ordered was no longer available. Since my fiancee flew out less than 12 hours later I told them I wanted to cancel the order and receive a refund. Now they won't respond to me.nnNo response. No refund. For no product. Only crooks here, go to one of the other florists nearby (there are many to choose from).
