Perrotts Florist

Such a delightful little shop. It looks small from the outside but inside is long and spacious towards the cashier. The florist is very friendly and jolly saying hello to client. There’s a lot of cute pots like cat, dog, human figure. The best for me is their live indoor plants and the the floral arrangement ranging from $29 and up.

I’ve just purchased the most beautiful bouquet from the Queen St Mall store… A wall of flowers,some I’ve never seen before… What a beautiful florist in the heart of the city…

I finish work at 5 and didn’t get near the store till just before 5:30. Walked into the store I just wanted to pick up a bunch of flowers for my mum for her birthday. Was quite rudely told that she would be closing in a minute and that I could look at whatever was there but that was it. I just walked out because I didn’t appreciate the way she spoke to me it actually really upset me. I understand that it was closing time and I apologise for that.nnThe flowers did look beautiful though my mum would have loved them.

Ordered roses and fressia to be delivered at the end of the month. The delivery was meant to arrive on the morning of the day as discussed. The flowers arrived at 1pm. When the flowers were delivered it had no fressia's. When I called for an explanation they said that there was no fressia's in stock that week. I had not been communicated this, considering I ordered these flowers 4 weeks in advance I was super disappointed with the experience.nnEdited Comment: I have now reduced this to 1 star from the fabricated response, There was no communication and below is a screenshot of the latest conversation. If you're going to lie on a response then at least make sure that you have some kind of evidence.

This store is one of the best in Brisbane. The flowers are incredible and always exactly what we ask for. Staff are polite and knowledgeable and they seem to have flowers that no one else has.
